Recommended Use:

Each sachet contains 3 grams of 100% pure organic young barley  from New Zealand sweetened with stevia.  The soluble fiber dissolves completely in cold water without  sedimentation.  Stir well. Add more or less water according to taste.  Take 1 to 2 sachets daily. Sante Pure Barley New Zealand  with stevia is best taken before meals.
